Between 2006 and 2010 KMS and its partners and affiliates completed over $700m of construction projects including a hotel, public car park, multi-family rental and condominium apartments including the Eventi Hotel, The Beatrice Multi-Family Rental and Reade 57 Condominium Development.

Adrian has been responsible for delivering in excess of 2,000 residential homes (mostly in the multi-family sector) with a combined GDV of €600m+ and has a broad knowledge of the Dublin housing and land market.
